- Body Repair – skilled positions such as painter, wheel and body alignment, body repair technician, estimator, supervisor, and manager.
- Clerical and Administrative Support – clerical and support positions are found in almost all functions and departments in our businesses. A clerical or support employee may be responsible for entering data and preparing reports and billing, answering phones, preparing correspondence, and coordinating events.
- Contract Maintenance – handles daily operation of contracted companies’ fleets such as managing breakdowns and scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Finance and Insurance – managers provide retail financing and insurance services to our customers.
- Financial Operations – provides support services for Corporate and branch operations. It is staffed by various level of management, professional, technical and support employees and provides auditing and compliance, bank control, credit management, financial reporting and analysis, and tax reporting.
- Human Resources and Payroll – provides support for employees in areas of benefits, compensation, employee relations, orientation, recruiting, and training and development.
- Information Technology – supports and develops all voice and information technology systems for a growing company.
- Internships – internships are available at varying times in areas such as marketing, human resources, accounting, and service technicians. Most internships have been developed through ISU and ICC, but relationships with other schools are possible.
- Leasing and Rental – develops and manages lease and rental of all lines of trucks.
- Marketing – provides marketing support for all areas of the business including customer lists, competitive information
- Parts – sells parts to large corporations, small independent fleets with local ownership, individual owner operators, and to the service department. Positions include inside and outside sales positions as well as warehouse, delivery, purchasing, inventory control and management.
- Sales – sells all CIT equipment to large business corporations, small independent fleets with local ownership and individual owner/operators. Positions include sales, support and management.
- Service – performs vehicle repairs and maintenance work in accordance with dealer and manufacture warranty standards. There are a wide range of positions, including detailer, lube technician, service technician, service writer, supervisor, manager, and warranty.
