Volvo Trucks Adds Dynamic Steering Option to VNL & VNR

Introducing the Volvo Dynamic Steering (VDS) – an electrically assisted hydraulic steering system designed to reduce driver fatigue and increase safety. The VDS is compared to having an extra hand on the wheel while also eliminating vibration and offering directional stability. At low speeds, the new (VDS) system requires 85% less effort to turn the wheel.
